What We Do.
-
Our approach brings together agriculture, historical preservation, and the arts to educate, inspire, and connect communities. Through hands-on learning, cultural experiences, and meaningful partnerships, we honor the past while cultivating opportunities for future generations.
-
Our values are rooted in hard work, stewardship, opportunity, and community. We believe in honoring the contributions of those who came before us, caring for the land and its resources, and creating opportunities where every individual feels valued, connected, and empowered to thrive.
-
Our story is rooted in generations of South Louisiana farming traditions, resilience, and perseverance. Founded upon a legacy of hard work and determination, Provost Farm Heritage Center & Community Garden preserves the agricultural and cultural contributions of those whose stories have too often gone untold, connecting their rich history to the promise of future generations.
Our BOARD MEMBERS bring together dedicated leaders with deep ancestral roots in agriculture and a shared commitment to strengthening communities across South Louisiana and beyond.
